1. Registration is open only for qualified Dermatologists/Plastic Surgeons
2. Eligibility & Registration

• • Open exclusively to qualified or in-training Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons
• • Registration is non-transferable and confirmed only upon full payment
• • Hands-On/OT slots are allotted on a first-paid basis

3. Session Access

• • Carry valid ID and registration proof at all times
• • Only pre-assigned delegates may enter Hands-On/OT sessions
• • Late arrivals may forfeit their slot
• • All registered delegates can view the live proceedings of Hall B from Hall A (relay setup)
• • Hands-On training and In-OT sessions require separate registration for each workshop

4. Recording

• • Personal recording or photography is not permitted
• • Official event coverage may be used for academic or promotional use

5. Program Changes

• • Organizers reserve the right to modify schedule, faculty, or venue if needed
• • Attendance may be cancelled and fees forfeited if a delegate is found to be ineligible(i.e., not a qualified or in-training Dermatologist/Plastic Surgeon)

6. Health & Indemnity

• • Delegates must follow all institutional safety and hygiene protocols
• • Personal medical indemnity is the responsibility of the attendee
